Content Creator Affiliate Agreement

This Content Creator Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between HydroTan Limited (“the Company”) and the undersigned content creator (“Affiliate”) for the purpose of promoting the Company’s products and services.

1. Promotion Code

• The Company will issue the Affiliate a unique 10% discount code (“Promo Code”) for use by customers.

• Customers who use the Promo Code will receive 10% off their purchase.

2. Commission Structure

• The Affiliate will receive 10% of the gross sales value generated through their Promo Code.

• Commissions are calculated on a per calendar month (PCM) basis.

• Payments will be made on or before the 1st day of each month for the previous month’s sales.

• Payments will be made via bacs.

3. Affiliate Obligations

• The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s products in a positive, lawful, and ethical manner.

• The Affiliate must not:

  • Make misleading claims about the Company or its products.

  • Use spam, bots, or deceptive advertising methods.

  • Engage in any conduct that could harm the Company’s reputation.

4. Term & Termination

• This Agreement begins on the date signed and continues until terminated by either party.

• Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days’ written notice.

• The Company may terminate immediately if the Affiliate breaches any terms.

5. Age Requirement

• You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this promotion.

6. Taxes & Responsibilities

• The Affiliate is responsible for declaring and paying any tax liabilities on income received from commissions.

• The Company is not responsible for the Affiliate’s tax reporting obligations.

7. General Terms

• This Agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship. The Affiliate is considered an independent contractor.

• The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

• All commissions are based on gross sales before refunds, charge backs, or cancellations.

• By signing, the Affiliate agrees to these terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland / United Kingdom.
